I’m not certain what I would have worn if my parents had given me total freedom at Loren’s age, but probably: Superman underwear (either without pants or over my pants), matching t shirt, (they were sets called underroos) cowboy boots, an improvised cape of some sort & a Yankees hat. (That would be a pic to behold, although i’m certain I would come to regret having been photographed in a Yankees hat!
Mazel Tov on a gorgeous and fiercely proud mother of writing. And Loren looks f—-king fabulous in that dress. I’ve got a picture of Ethan in some of his dresses, which he mostly wore for his sister at her behest. He was fine with them but they weren’t his thing. His main thing was wearing these handmade velveteen jumpers made by a local woman. He wore them everyday for years. I had them in every color and size she made until he just got bigger than the Benays (Benay Bowles was their maker). She sold them locally. You could also find them at the used clothing places. I’ll see if I can find some pictures. Love to you and your twirling boy in his yellow dress or his pink one. Can’t wait to see them.
